I was provided with information regarding our repair at every necessary step. I was contacted any time there were any small issues or changes of plan (even on a Saturday!). Our company received a very important job while our truck was at Brodie's. The staff was more than accommodating by re-assembling (even in the midst of repair) and letting us pick the vehicle up to return at a later date to finish the fix.

I had to have some major work done on my car! I got 2 estimates and Brodie's was cheaper by several hundred dollars! They have excellent customer service and are very personable. I will definitely chose Brodies again in the future, I'm so glad I found them!

This was, by far, the very best experience I have ever had dealing with auto mechanics. I am not ever comfortable getting work done to my car. I always loathe the thought of it. No more! I had thousands of dollars of work done at Brodies ( in one visit) and I couldn't be happier. David was my contact person, and he was amazing. He kept me informed at all times. He was honest, and very sympathetic about the high cost of my parts, but researched and found the best deal, with a warranty. He was very personable, yet professional. And very knowledgeable. My fear of mechanics is gone. I feel like I can call David in the future and he will take care of my vehicle, with great care. I had very little to do with all the logistics. I didn't even have to follow the tow truck. THANK YOU DAVID! And to David's boss - DAVID DESERVES A BIG RAISE! I have to add that every person I spoke with at Brodies was kind and knowledgeable. Everyone there smiles, and seems happy, and that says a lot to me. To the owner/supervisor - You are doing something right. Thank you for the amazing customer service. YOU ALL SHOULD GET SALARY INCREASES! The work was done quickly, and the job they did was stellar. They did a few extra things for me as well. The cost was less than I expected, and was quoted elsewhere. (They also give an AAA discount, by the way.) I will refer people to Brodies with confidence. I can't imagine anyone unhappy with their service, but feel confident that if an issue DID arise, they would be professional and fair about resolving it. That's all you can ask for in such a situation. I highly recommend Brodies for your auto servicing.

I called Brodie's as soon as they opened on a Friday,with a somewhat urgent need to have my rear brakes replaced that same day. I knew it was a long shot to get an appointment. They checked their schedule, said they could absolutely get me in that day as long as I could leave the car for the day. David and his co-worker were so friendly and helpful!! I was called back by mid-morning with an estimate of the cost and then again by 1:00 p.m., when the job was done. Absolutely thrilled!!! Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you so very much!!!! The price of the job was also much, much less than it would have cost me elsewhere.

I was very happy with my work that was done on my 2001 Camry. Not only was the work done quickly but it was right on the estimate. I needed brakes and I had a serious oil leak. I feel completely safe now and appreciated the great customer service! I brought in a dangerous vehicle and I love the feeling of complete satisfaction now. Don't wait to use this business. You will be happy you did!

Fair prices, work done is always excellent quality. They bid the jobs accurrately, so you dont get a big suprise the day you go to get your car, you get an accurate price you know what you need to budget. They also dont assume you want minor work done ,they call and ask you, explain the purpose, and let you decide. Better than 90% of the chain repair facilities, they care about the work they do and the reputation of the shop.

Although mechanic work is pricey, I felt that the work performed, the time frame, and the estimate was well within range quoted. That is to say, there was no extra add-ons after the fact, and the mechanic communicated with me via phone before work was performed. This was an added relief, because my vehicle quit working right after the night shift; the AAA approved tow driver recommended you, and getting my vehicle back before my next shift started was a huge relief. You turned a major problem into a minor inconvenience for me. Thank you.

Customer since 2012 I have always respected the honesty and efficiency I have received from the staff at Brodie's Tire and Brakes. I have been bringing my cars to them for well over 12 years and will continue to do so, as well as direct my friends in their direction. I had purchased a new car and a warranty in 2007 and was bringing that car to the dealership for servicing (while bringing my older vehicles to Brodie's). Recently, I was told by the dealership that I needed some extensive and expensive work. On each of the work orders it clearly stated that I had a warranty, but the dealership never bothered to look into the warranty that they were he'll bent on selling me along with the new car. Yet, they would tell me the cost of the repairs. I decided to bring the car to Brodie's for a second opinion and the kind folks at Brodie's did the footwork to find that the work needed was actually covered by the warranty. They set up the claim and did a stellar job on the repairs, saving me a couple thousan

Brodie's always does a good job, and I trust them because they do obvious things to show they aren't trying to take advantage of me. For example, for the 2nd time I've said that I think I need to brake pads they have turned back around and told me I still had plenty of pad left. A less reputable place would have just done the brakes to pocket the extra money.

The staff at Brodies is great! They never tried to sell me something I didn't need. In fact, the first time I went there I expected to have to replace all my break pads and possibly rotors too. I was pleasantly surprised to be told I didn't need any break work done, that I just had some rust on my pads that would wear off with use! Every time I went there I had a great experience. I recently moved to the east coast, but pray I'm as lucky with my next auto repair shop!!
