I'd say 4.5 (no option for that) Good and timely identification and then fixing of problem; however, there was an oversight of wiring that needed replacement, and had to return the car two days later, but they resolved the issue immediately without charge. Very good customer service |

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this place and the quality of the work. I went in to have my third break light checked because it had fallen. I was quoted something like $75/hr just to check the vehicle which made absolutely no sense whatsoever. After having it checked, I was offered to have the light replaced for $300 and another $300+ (I can?t remember the exact number but it was ridiculously high). The other option was getting it glued. I explained that I was not going to invest a lot into the vehicle and would rather get it glued. I paid $45 for a service that I could have done with gorilla glue myself for $10; obviously that $45 charge was a complete waste of my money. It has not even been a month and the entire break light has fallen. When the tech said ?it was not a temporary fix? I thought I would at least be able to have it for six months...But not a month? A complete waste of my money and time. If you?re looking for fair prices and reasonable charges- don?t take your vehicle here. If you?re looking to have your car?s problem fixed- don?t go here. Unless you?re willing to dump money into fixing a problem for less than a month- take your car somewhere else! It?ll save you having to pay to take it somewhere else and a headache! |
Shop Comment Suzette, If you recall, there were pieces of the third brake light assembly that had fallen off that you had thrown away. The plastic was brittle due to age on your 13 year old car with 170,000 miles on it. We spent 30 minutes attempting to re-attach the lamp with missing pieces. the actual estimate to replace the entire assembly was $328.61 total which would include the pieces that were discarded. You were informed that if the light came loose again, the lamp will require replacement. Sorry if you feel that $45 was excessive to attempt to repair what was left of the broken brake light with missing parts. |

Staff was friendly but did not preform the work that was requested. The vehicle was new to me and I requested an oil change and safety/ brake inspection. When I returned to pick up my truck no brake inspection was done. This experience makes me never want to come to Brodie?s again. Totally wasted my time, and now I still need a brake inspection. |
Shop Comment I reached out to Matt to rectify the miscommunication on our end and offer a complimentary inspection and offered an apology for the confusion. |
