| The service was great as usual except for the fact that when my wife got in her car to leave she noticed that there was grease all over her arm rest inside. She was not happy! We are loyal customers and will continue to be but sometimes its the attention to the small details that really make a big difference. Would've given a 5 star if not for that. |

| Everything was basically fine and the work done was great. I could?ve saved several hundred on these expensive tires going to Costco, but I appreciated the fact they had the ability to do a 4 wheel alignment. They were late getting the wheel alignment done and I had to wait for about an hour or so for them to finish. But all good in the end. |

| I'd say 4.5 (no option for that) Good and timely identification and then fixing of problem; however, there was an oversight of wiring that needed replacement, and had to return the car two days later, but they resolved the issue immediately without charge. Very good customer service |
